Drawing on the Périgord’s culinary heritage, we offer a delicious and varied range of local cuisine.
A variety of delights
The Dordogne is famous both for the beauty of its landscapes and the quality of its dishes. Mentioning the Périgord immediately calls to mind the local foie gras, duck breast, local black truffles, mushrooms, nuts, and many other items that we would love to introduce you to during your stay in the Dordogne. So why not join us at the restaurant at Le Montant campsite in Sarlat?
Chef offers his high-quality Périgord specialities, working with fresh ingredients that are sourced from producers in the region: seasonal, home-made terrine de foie gras, gizzard salads, foie gras escalopes, breast of duck à la Rossini, duck confit, Sarladaise potatoes cooked in duck fat, walnut cake, and so on.
The restaurant is open daily during July/August except for Mondays.
It is open during the evening on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in April, May, June and until mid-September.
Takeaway food (home-made pizzas and French fries, etc.) and breakfast are served from Easter until mid-September for your convenience.
